Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY TIME, TRANSPORT, AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. Shipping costs will appear for the user’s express acceptance before finalizing the purchase and once the delivery address is provided. Shipping costs will appear on the invoice. In case of return, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
 
THE VELIO BRAND will charge shipping costs for each delivery.
 
The order will not be shipped until all products are available. If the customer wishes to receive partial shipments, they must contact THE VELIO BRAND for instructions. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, THE VELIO BRAND recommends placing separate orders for pre-order items and items currently in stock.

DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT

The average delivery time for shipments within mainland Spain is between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the delivery address, for products in stock. For other products, the approximate delivery date will be notified after the order is placed, provided the order is placed Monday to Friday before 14:00. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed starting Monday or the next business day.
 
Shipments are made to mainland Spain and to other European Union countries.
